- Our friendly staff may ask for some background history to ensure that appointment times are appropriate
- Please inform us if your child has recently been given Adrenaline, Prednisone (also known as Predmix/steroids), or antihistamines as appointment times may need to be adjusted
- if your child requires an urgent appointment, your local doctor can contact the clinic directly to request and urgent review.
Day of appointment:
- For new patients, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete a registration form
- Registration forms can be downloaded online, completed and brought to the appointment
Things to bring to the Appointment:
- Medicare Card
- GP Referral
- Past correspondance, Emergency Department discharge summaries and previous allergy tests or relevant blood test results
- Fresh foods, packaging or list of ingredients of food which you suspect your child is allergic to (reaction within 1 hour of eating)
- Photos of rash (if relevant)
Fees
- Please contact us if you wish to enquire about our fees and out-of-pocket costs
- Fees are payable on the day of consultation
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard
- Patients who have a valid medicare card and GP referral are entitled to a rebate of a proportion of the fees payable (which can be claimed directly from Medicare on your behalf)
